Comparison

ChopHub vs Vizard

Both cut long videos into short clips, both bill a credit per minute of uploaded video, and both can post the clips for you. Vizard's paid plans list more credits and 4K export. ChopHub's focus is publishing to many accounts, timing based on your own results, and learning from what performed.

ChopHub vs Vizard, in short: Vizard gives you more raw capacity: paid plans list from 600 credits a month, 4K export and uploads up to 600 minutes, and every plan includes API access. ChopHub gives you more after the clip is made: its Free plan posts to three platforms, every paid plan posts to six with several accounts per platform, posting times are ranked from your own results, past winners are re-posted automatically, and clips are kept 30 days even on Free.

Where Vizard is stronger

Credits. Vizard's paid plans list from 600 credits a month, and both tools count a credit as a minute of uploaded video. ChopHub lists 150 on Creator and 300 on Pro. If raw processing minutes are what matter most, that's a real difference.

4K and long uploads. Vizard exports in 4K on its paid plans and takes uploads up to 600 minutes. ChopHub renders up to 1080p, with source limits from 30 minutes on Free to none on Content Engine.

A more generous free tier for editing and API use. Vizard's free plan includes its video editor and API access. ChopHub's Studio editor starts on Creator and its API on Pro.

Clear account limits. Vizard publishes how many social accounts each plan can connect, which makes plans easy to compare up front.

ChopHub's limits to know about. There's no multi-track timeline or transitions in Studio (Pro and above can export to Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut for those), footage comes in only as a file upload or YouTube link, and Creator caps you at 5 videos a month.

Where ChopHub is stronger

Posting from the free plan. ChopHub Free posts to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram. Vizard Free connects 1 social account.

Many accounts on one platform. Connect several accounts on each platform, including LinkedIn Company Pages, and publish a clip to all of them from one upload. Posting never uses credits.

Timing and reuse. Best Times ranks posting slots using your own past results. Turn on evergreen recycling and your best performers, ranked by real views, are re-queued into open slots, so the calendar keeps filling between uploads.

Knowing what worked. Insights pulls results from every platform into one place. Score Accuracy shows how the pre-publish score compared with real views, so you can see how far to trust it.

Thumbnails and covers. Design thumbnails in Thumbnail Studio, A/B test them, and have your cover burned in as the opening frame of Shorts and TikTok uploads, where those platforms ignore uploaded thumbnails.

Posting you don't have to watch. ChopHub checks your platform connections every hour and emails you about two days before one expires, with a reconnect link.

Clips that stick around on Free. ChopHub keeps clips for 30 days on every plan. Vizard lists 3 days of storage on its free plan.

Switching to ChopHub as your Vizard alternative

  1. Start on the Free plan. No card needed. You get 30 free credits to start (30 minutes of video, one-time — they don't refill) and up to 2 videos a month, so you can test ChopHub on the same footage you use with Vizard.
  2. Bring your long recordings, not your finished clips. ChopHub works from the original video: upload the file (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, M4V, FLV or WMV) or paste a public YouTube link. It can't import projects or clips from Vizard.
  3. Connect your accounts. Link YouTube, TikTok and Instagram on Free; Facebook, X and LinkedIn (including Company Pages) unlock on any paid plan. You can connect more than one account per platform.
  4. Recreate your look. Pick one of 50+ caption styles and an aspect ratio. On Pro and above, save a brand kit (logo, watermark, progress bar) so every clip matches.
  5. Run both for a week, then decide. Schedule a week of clips in ChopHub alongside your current setup and compare the results. Download anything you want to keep from Vizard before you cancel: its pricing page lists 3 days of storage on Free.
