ChopHub accepts MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, M4V, FLV, and WMV formats. You can also paste any public YouTube URL and ChopHub will download and process it automatically. Maximum video length depends on your plan — Free supports up to 30 minutes, Starter up to 60 minutes, Pro up to 2 hours, Team up to 3 hours, and Ultimate has no limit.

ChopHub's AI analyzes your video for engagement signals — speaker energy, pacing, keyword density, emotional peaks, and narrative structure. It identifies moments most likely to perform well as standalone short-form clips. You can also set preferences like clip length and maximum number of clips, and review or re-order all generated clips before publishing.

Yes. After processing you can edit titles, descriptions, captions, and hashtags for each clip. You can also re-burn captions with updated text. The clips themselves are AI-cut, but we're adding in-browser trimming controls in an upcoming update.

ChopHub uses OAuth to securely connect to each platform. Click "Connect" next to any platform in your dashboard, authorize with your platform account, and ChopHub stores your tokens securely. You can disconnect at any time. Tokens are encrypted and never exposed to third parties.

Yes — all paid plans include a 7-day free trial. The Free plan is also available indefinitely with 5 jobs per month at no cost, so you can experience ChopHub with no commitment. No credit card required for the Free plan.

Processed clips are stored securely on AWS for 30 days by default, giving you time to review and publish. Original uploaded files are deleted after processing to save storage. You can download any clip at any time before it expires. We never use your content for training or share it with third parties.

Absolutely. The Team plan ($99/mo) includes 3 seats with a shared job queue — perfect for agencies or small content teams. For larger studios and agencies, the Ultimate plan ($249/mo) offers 6 seats, unlimited concurrent jobs, up to 64 clips per job, no video length limit, and 5,000 processing credits per month. You can cancel anytime from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We don't ask why and there are no cancellation fees.
